USED VEHICLE SPARE PARTS – ZIMBABWE
Import requirements for Zimbabwe require pre-shipment inspection of used vehicle spare parts.
Please note that Zimbabwe has banned the following used spare parts for importation:
• Tyres
• Tubes
• Ball joints
• Tie rod-ends
• Rack-ends
• Brake hosepipes
• Brake pipes
• Brake and clutch cables
• Bearings
• Rubber bushes
• Oil seals
• Spark plugs
• Filters
• Air cleaner elements
• Clutch plates
• Pressure plates
• Release bearings
• Brake pads

• Complete an online booking form for Used Vehicle Spare Parts inspection
• Provide a detailed packing list of all spare parts
• Provide Consignee invoice for FOB value
• Include a detailed packing list with the booking form.
• Prepay the inspection fee (EAA will provide an invoice on receipt of all documentation required)
This will depend on whether your spare parts will be containerized or not. Please specify details in your booking form for determination by EAA.
An inspection service fee equivalent to 0.5% of the FOB value (subject to a minimum of USD$245.00 and a maximum of USD$2,650.00) per consignment submitted for inspection.
